MORE HOMES AVAILABLE AT MCMILLIN HOMES' SERENO IN IMPERIAL VALLEY
----

Sereno, by McMillin Homes, has released a new addition of seven homes to the highly popular Calexico neighborhood. Over 60 percent of the homes at Sereno have been sold or reserved in the year they have been on the market.

“Sereno has been well received by Imperial Valley home buyers,” said Mark Gran, McMillin sales manager. “The sales success is indicative of the huge demand for housing in this area of California.”

Located at G. Anaya Avenue and Paseo Camino Real, Sereno features one- and two-story homes in Tuscan, Monterey and Craftsman architectural styles. Sereno will eventually consist of 144 single-family homes and will be built and sold in 11 separate phases. The average lot size is 7,200 square feet and homes range from 1,551 to 2,477 square feet. The three- and four-bedroom homes offer two or three bathrooms and two- or three-car garages. Prices begin in the mid-$200,000s. To join the interest list and be notified of future phase releases, phone (760) 768-1271.
