New Homes Client Referral Program

Broker/Agent Client Registration Forms can be obtained at any McMillin New Home Sales Office. This form contains the following regulations concerning the McMillin Broker/Agent agreement:

  • The registered Agent accompanies their registered client(s) on the client's first visit to the neighborhood.
  • The McMillin Client Referral Registration form is completed and signed by the referral Agent at the time of the client's first visit.
  • The registered Agent is present with the registered client(s) at the time the client(s) make a reservation of purchase deposit on a lot or home within the above-listed neighborhood.
  • The reservation or purchase deposit is made within 90 days of the client's first visit.
  • The client closes escrow on the purchase of a home within the registered neighborhood.
  • Broker and Agent are, at the time of the agreement, and at the time of escrow closing, properly and actively licensed the California Department of Real Estate.
  • The referral fee is payable to the referring Broker only upon closing of escrow, either from escrow, or directly by McMillin.
  • The Registered Broker/Agent is a referral Agent only and does not represent the client in any discussions, negotiations or in the contract for purchase of the home.

Please discuss any concerns about this program with the Sales Agents in the New Home Neighborhood that you are registering your client.

McMillin reserves the right to withdraw the broker co-op program without prior notice.
